Chat Support Specialist (100% Remote, Entry-Level): Join our dynamic team to provide exceptional customer service for our restaurant patrons. As a Chat Support Specialist, you’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless dining experience through efficient communication. Your role involves managing reservations, addressing menu questions, and assisting with delivery concerns. With a passion for hospitality and strong problem-solving skills, you’ll be the friendly digital face of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction from anywhere in the world.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
