Customer Chat Support Agent: As a dynamic and engaging Customer Chat Support Agent, you’ll be the virtual face of our vibrant nightlife experience. Your role involves swiftly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure our guests have an unforgettable night. With a keen understanding of our offerings, you’ll guide patrons through reservations, event details, and more. Your enthusiasm and problem-solving skills will create a seamless and enjoyable interaction, enhancing our reputation as a premier nightlife destination.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
