Customer Success Rep – Remote (Entry Level, No Experience): Join our dynamic team as a Customer Success Rep, where you’ll nurture relationships with plant enthusiasts. Your role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing plant care tips, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. With a passion for greenery and a knack for communication, you’ll help cultivate customer satisfaction from the comfort of your home. No prior experience needed—just a love for plants and a desire to grow in a supportive environment.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
