Entry Level Chat Support Specialist: As an Entry Level Chat Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly digital face of our company, assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues through live chat. Your role involves providing prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses, ensuring a seamless customer experience. You’ll collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and gain valuable skills in communication and problem-solving. No prior experience is required, just a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
