Facebook Social Media Manager (Entry Level / Remote)

Chat Support Specialist (Entry Level / Remote): Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and resolving issues via chat. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while efficiently managing multiple conversations. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to deliver precise support. Ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
