Remote Chat Operator (Entry Level): As a dynamic Remote Chat Operator, you’ll engage with customers, providing exceptional support and fostering positive relationships. Your role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our brand’s offerings with enthusiasm. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and gather valuable customer insights. With strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach, you’ll contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and driving brand loyalty, all from the comfort of your home.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
